BSIIPL has over 30 years of track record of Sustained Growth, Customer Satisfaction, and Innovation from Bombay under the Partnership with M/s Choice Interiors.  The company has a total of 10 projects under constructions, 3 of the Giant projects are in pipeline underway.

We have the privilege to have Anupam Bajpai is a BE Civil & Certified Chartered Civil Engineer having 27+ year of experience in the industry having executed many private and Govt. projects in his tenure. Major projects he has executed in past, include Hotels & Commercial projects (including finishing) Military Engineering Services Residential Colony, Multiplex, Textile Parks under the SITP scheme of the Ministry of Textile, Various Mega Food Parks of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries(MOFPI) in various parts of India, Educational Institutes and many more projects.and we have Mr Mohammed Firdous Ali who under done 14 Billions riyal power project No 10 Riyadh city and 9 Billion project Al Khabbar of Arabian Bemco Binladin co and also B Yeshwant Kumar has a huge experience in the field of civil and residential projects, who all has charted the path by creating executing the class architectural and unprecedented level of form.
